ShippingAfter placing your order, please allow 3-5 working days for us to prepare and dispatch your items. We take the utmost care to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. Once dispatched, all our orders are sent through our trusted Next Day Delivery Service partners: DPD and Royal Mail. TrackingUpon dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your order. This email will be sent to the email address you provided during the purchase. Please note, sometimes emails can go directly into your junk/spam folder. Please do check this prior to contacting us. Free ShippingWe offer free shipping on orders over £50. To qualify for this, simply add £50+ into your basket and our free shipping will be automatically added.

ReturnsWe have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Discount CodesIf you have a discount code, please enter it at checkout stage. You can only use one discount code at a time. We always have a discount code available for your first purchase and will advertise other discount codes on our website and social media platforms.

Order ConfirmationSometimes our order confirmations can go into your junk or spam folder, please check these before contacting us. If your order confirmation has not come through but we have taken payment, it could be due to a spelling error when checking out.
