SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

 

Dispatch: After placing your order, please allow 3-5 working days for us to prepare and dispatch your item(s). We take the utmost care to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition.

Next Day Delivery: Once dispatched, all our orders are sent through our trusted Next Day Delivery Service partners: DPD and Royal Mail.

Tracking: Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your order. This email will be sent to the email address you provided during the purchase.

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary based on external factors. We strive to provide you with timely and accurate updates to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

RETURNS 

​

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in it's original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you wish to return your product(s), please inform us via email at info@woodwillow.co.uk

We will give instructions on how to return the item(s). Once we receive the item(s), we will refund the cost back to your original method of payment. Any item(s) that show signs of being used will not be eligible for refund.

Please note that you will need to pay for the return and also keep proof of posting and cover any damage that may happen in transit. 

​

Damaged / Faulty Items: If your item is damaged or faulty, please take a picture of the packaging and the damaged goods and email us at info@woodwillow.co.uk. If your item needs to be returned to us, we will send you a free return label. If the damaged item is deemed dangerous (e.g. broken glass), discard after you have taken pictures of the packaging and broken product and we will process a refund once confirmed.
